All of our shipments are packed with ample refrigeration to maintain the product in average weather conditions for next day delivery (estimated conservatively to allow some extra time). If you choose any shipping method other than next day delivery, we recommend having your order shipped frozen. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period, we cannot guarantee that the meat or seafood will remain in good condition. Upon receipt, we urge you to unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and then store the meat and seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers may not be suitable for storing your products after receipt. Please check the shipping address carefully. We cannot guarantee shipments that UPS are unable to deliver.

- We weigh our meats on electronic-digital scales that are approved and monitored by the government of weights and measures for accuracy.
- All weighted items are guaranteed do be what you ordered—or heavier.
- Due to ever-changing weather and supply conditions out of our control, occasionally, an item will become available after an order is placed.
- Should shortages occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss substituting another item of equal or greater value or changing your delivery time.
- We ask that you notify us with any problems on the next business day.
- If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your order, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by the next business day after the receipt of your order.
