How to Order / Contact Us
To order from www.butchercounter.com, you may telephone us with your order or order on our secure website. Listed below is a more detailed outline regarding our ordering processes.
1. Telephone Orders: We will be available to take orders by telephone at 1-877-648-5111 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm (EST), Monday thru Friday. We will gladly take your order and answer any questions you may have during those hours. Please have your credit card and order ready when calling. In the event that we are unable to answer your call—or should you have any questions after the aforementioned hours—please leave a message, and your call will be returned promptly.
2. Order by Internet: Ordering through the Internet is a step-by-step process. Below is an overview of those steps while shopping on our secure website:
- Any time you see the "Add to Cart" button, you may click on it to add that item to your shopping cart. You may watch your items being added to your shopping cart on the left side of the screen.
- Once you have completed your shopping, you are then ready for checkout. In order to checkout, you will select the checkout button from your shopping cart.
- Once the checkout button is selected, you will be asked either to register or sign in. In order to purchase products at our website, registration is required. The benefit of registering is that your personal information will be stored for quicker purchasing the next time you shop with us. You will also be able to review past orders as well. If you already registered on our website, then you can simply log in. If you have forgotten your password, you will have the option to complete a small form to retrieve your password.
- Once you have logged in, you will select an address where the products are to be delivered.
- Once your address is selected, you will be shown an invoice where you can confirm that your order is correct. If your order is incorrect, please return to the shopping cart to make the necessary changes. At this stage, you may also go back and add more items to the shopping cart.
- If your invoice is correct, please then provide your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay with your Paypal account.
- Once your credit card information has been provided, please select the “Continue” button. You will then receive a confirmation screen, where you select the "Confirm Order' button to complete the order process. At this point, you may leave the website or make another purchase. Your credit card information is now en route to the bank and is not retained on our servers. For more information regarding security, please read our security policy.
Gift Ordering
If you are purchasing your items as a gift, you may enter your own personal greeting in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" box that appears during checkout. If you wish to use your own gift card(s) to accompany the gift(s), please contact us at 1-877-648-5111, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm (EST) to make special arrangements.

Then, just call us toll-free at 1-877-648-5111, tell us how much each gift certificate should be, and where to send them. Or, you may purchase a virtual gift certificate online. We will send the gift certificate right away to the recipient of your choice. It is a delicious gift they will remember!
